Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
If you want to buy a large quantity of mirrors, we will be happy to give you a personal discount. Write info@balticmirror.com and indicate how many and which mirrors you want to purchase.
Do you have a store?
We do not have a physical store - this is one of the reasons why we can offer a very good price for excellent quality. Write or call and we will answer all your questions, as well as send you customer photos and give you a free consultation. If you don't like the mirror you received - don't install it, don't remove the protective films - and return it to us.
What if I want to return an item?
Contact us and you won't have to do anything - we will arrange a courier to a place convenient for you. Remember to pack the product properly to avoid damage during shipping. The buyer must cover the costs of returning the goods and this amount is not refundable. If the product was never packed, nor installed, and is visually appealing - we will give you a full refund minus the return shipping costs. The money will be returned to your account within 14 days of receiving the product. In case of any damage to the product, the decision for a partial refund is made on an individual basis.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00 on a working day on the same day if the item is in stock. If the order is placed after 12:00 on a working day, it will be sent on the next working day. If the order is placed on the weekend, it will be shipped on the first working day after the weekend or holiday. Once the item is shipped, it usually takes 1-3 business days to reach the customer (we are not responsible for any shipping company delays).
These rules apply to products that are in stock. If it is a pre-order, the delivery time is longer and individual for each product. You will receive all information about the possible delivery date by e-mail.
I received a damaged product, what should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible info@balticmirror.com and send detailed information and visual material (photos/videos). You must do this as soon as possible, but no later than 5 days after receiving the product. In the next 24-48 hours you will get an answer. If the product is damaged during transportation or a defective product is sent, we will replace it with a new one as soon as possible.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive an email with the tracking number on the day of shipment.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes, the warranty for all products is 2 years.
How can I pay for the goods?
Add the product to the cart, fill in the fields and choose the most convenient payment method for you. You can pay via electronic banking, as well as by bank transfer or pay for the goods after receiving them by card/cash by the courier.

Can I change the product?
Yes, you can change your order before it is shipped. Once the item has shipped, please follow the instructions for returning the item.
How to choose the LED mirror?
Is there enough light to apply makeup or perform other beauty treatments?
LED mirrors are made in such a way as to provide optimal light for the person standing in front of the mirror, applying makeup or performing other beauty procedures. The LED light is defused, so it cannot be the only light source in the bathroom. We recommend having an additional light source in the ceiling or wall to be used as the main light source in the bathroom.
If it seems that the light is not enough for you, we suggest purchasing an additional LED lamp above the mirror or enhancing other lighting in the bathroom.
What is the difference between front and rear LED lights?
The backlight emits light towards the wall on which the mirror is mounted. Backlighting is used to create a cozy atmosphere in the bathroom. Front lighting illuminates the subject near the mirror more than the wall.
How thick are your LED mirrors?
Most of our mirrors are 30mm thick, including 5mm glass. Everything is hidden here: mounting system, necessary wires, transformer. Any mirror looks great both from the front and from the side, so don't worry if you see the side of the mirror instead of the front when you enter the bathroom. From the side, neither the LED dots nor the unnecessary details of the LED mirror are visible - the finish of the LED mirrors is extremely aesthetic, and the cable will remain invisible.
I have an additional switch on the wall, can it be used with your mirror?
Yes, our LED mirrors have memory, so you can turn the mirror on/off with the wall switch. Adjusting the brightness and warmth of the mirror light will remain on the mirror.
Where should the wire be located?
The exact location is not important. If you already have an electric cable, the most important thing is that the future LED mirror covers the cable. If you don't have the wire yet, you can plan it around the middle of the future LED mirror.
How to install the mirror?
At what height should the LED mirror be installed?
We recommend installing at least 10-15 cm above the sink, but this is only a recommendation. The mirror can be hung both higher or lower than the recommendation. The height of the mirror should be such that the whole family can comfortably see their image in the mirror.

What does CRI mean and why is it important when choosing a mirror?
CRI is the ability of a light source to accurately reproduce the colors of an object compared to natural sunlight. The CRI scale ranges from 0 to 100. 100 means that the subject's colors appear as they would in natural sunlight. CRI 80-90 is considered good, i.e. most colors are rendered correctly, but object colors are not reproduced as accurately as desired. Our mirrors CRI >90, which shows excellent color rendering. By the way, a high CRI score reduces eye and general fatigue.
What does copper-free LED mirror mean?
This tells about the coating on the back of the mirror, which is resistant to corrosion and blackening. Traditional silver mirrors do not protect the mirror from blackening and corrosion in a room with humidity.
Do you have the mirror in stock?
If "Fast delivery" or "In stock" is indicated on the product, it means that you will receive the product within 1-3 working days after placing the order.
Do you install LED mirrors?
We do not provide installation services, but installation is easy. The package contains instructions and all the necessary elements for mirror installation, except for the drill.
