Please send photos of the product to info@balticmirror.com along with other information (your name, order number), a description of the situation and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
If the product is damaged in transit, is faulty or you have received the wrong product, we will send you a new product free of charge or replace it with a suitable one.
