We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. The returned product must be unmounted, undamaged, in its original packaging, with all parts, protective films and appearance intact.
The customer is responsible for the proper and safe packaging of the returned goods. The goods must be packed as safely as possible, in the same way as they were received. Before sending the returned goods, the customer must send photographs of the packed goods and packaging to info@balticmirror.com.
If the goods are not packaged properly and are damaged in transit, the amount of the refund may be reduced or the goods may not be refunded. If the packaging is badly damaged or if we have to carry out additional repackaging or new packaging, additional costs may be deducted from the refund, usually between €30 and €50, depending on the size of the item and the amount of work required.
Quality LED mirrors installed or attempted cannot be returned. Custom-made products are non-returnable.
Refunds will be made within 14 days after the goods have been inspected, to the same account from which the payment was made.
