The rules of purchase

Before placing an order, it is important to read the applicable purchase rules. These rules govern the relationship between you (the buyer) and MB Avytes prekyba (the seller) when you make a purchase on our website.

SUMMARY:

  • The provisions of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania apply to purchase and sale transactions made in our online store.
  • All persons over the age of 18 or persons aged 14-18 who have the consent of their parents or guardians have the right to buy in the online store, except in cases where they are emancipated, as well as legal entities and authorized representatives of the above-mentioned persons.
  • By purchasing, you agree to our privacy policy regarding the storage and handling of personal data.
  • Orders are legally binding and any attempted fraud or false orders will be reported to the police.
  • You are entitled to a 90-day money-back guarantee. You can return the product to the address you see on the shipping label, or the seller can arrange the return for you. We are entitled to compensation for any reduction in the value of the goods. You cannot return custom-made orders.
  • We offer delivery directly to your home or other convenient location. Delivery is always free.
  • If the item was damaged in transit or you received a defective item, we will replace it with a new equivalent item or refund your money. In this case, the seller is responsible for the shipping costs.
  • We provide a 24-month warranty.

Delivery to Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia is free.

UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

As a customer, you must enter a correct shipping address, along with a zip code. If for some reason the shipment was not accepted and returned to us, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of 25 EUR for additional shipping costs.

THE PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORTATION

If you see that the goods received have obvious packaging defects, it is necessary to check the item with the courier and fill out a damaged product form. Inform us about the situation on the same day, i.e. on the day of receiving the item.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail, which is valid as a receipt/cheque. If you have not received an order confirmation within 30 minutes, please write to us info@balticmirror.com and we will check whether you entered the correct email address and send you a confirmation to the correct email.

RETURNING ITEMS

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee if you change your mind about an item you bought.

Don't forget to pack the product very carefully to prevent damage during transit.

Items must be returned in their original packaging. The goods must not be used or mounted, with protective films, and the original sales appearance of the goods must not have been changed.

After receiving the product, we inspect it and refund the money within 14 days to the same account from which the purchase was made.

When sending the product back, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Ship to the same address you see on the shipping label of the item you received.

If you want us to take care of the return - inform us by phone +370 676 46447 or by e-mail info@balticmirror.comand we will arrange a courier for you who will arrive with the label within the next 1-3 working days. The return price depends on the size and weight of the item.

If the product was never opened - we return the full amount, excluding the courier costs (in case the courier was organized by us). If the goods are opened or not new, we decide on a case-by-case basis whether a partial refund is possible.

We do not accept returns of already mounted or used goods.

Custom-made products are not returnable.

If you received a damaged or wrong product, please send photos of the product by email info@balticmirror.com together with other information (your name, order number), describe the situation and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.

If the product is damaged during transportation, the product is defective or you received the wrong product, we will send you a new product free of charge or exchange it free of charge.

If after receiving the product you realized that you don't like the design or size, you can exchange it for another product. Do not install the product, do not remove protective films, i.e. do not change the original appearance of the product. We will order a courier for you, who will probably come to pick up the goods on the next working day. After receiving the product and checking it, we will send a new one immediately. Together with the shipment of the new product, you will receive an invoice to pay the difference in the product, if the other selected product is more expensive, as well as to pay the courier costs of exchanging the product.

WARRANTY

It is mandatory to report product defects or incompleteness within 2 days from the moment of receiving the goods. When reporting a defect or complaint, the product must not be mounted. We do not accept claims due to obvious defects or deficiencies after the product has been installed.

Warranty period - 24 months.

The warranty begins on the date of purchase.

The seller undertakes to remove product defects free of charge during the warranty period, which may have occurred due to the fault of the manufacturer.

The buyer must carefully inspect the product before installation. Claims for goods with obvious defects are not accepted after the installation work.

The warranty is not valid if:

  1. the product was damaged due to an accident or negligence (for example, breaking the LED mirror), the fault of the buyer,
  2. the product was assembled and installed incorrectly, parts from another manufacturer were used,
  3. intentionally damaging to the product due to improper use or maintenance.

The product is fragile and should be handled with extreme care. The product cannot be placed on the ground or other surfaces, on a corner. The product must be carefully inspected before installation and, if possible, be present during the installation process.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

The ownership of goods belongs to MB Avytes prekyba until full payment of the goods. Any attempted fraud or false orders will be reported to the police.
