• Orders are legally binding and any attempted fraud or false orders will be reported to the police.
• You are entitled to a 90-day money-back guarantee. You can return the product to the address you see on the parcel label or the seller can arrange the return. We are entitled to compensation for any reduction in the value of the goods. When purchasing bespoke items, the return guarantee is not valid.
• We offer delivery directly to your home or other convenient location. Delivery is always free.
• If the product was damaged during transport or you received a faulty product, we will replace it with a new equivalent product or refund your money. In this case, the seller is responsible for the shipping costs.
• We offer a 36-month (3-year) guarantee.
