If you don't like the mirror you receive - don't mount it, don't remove the protective film - and return it to us.

Contact us and we'll arrange a courier to your location. Remember to pack your goods properly to avoid damage during shipment. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods and this amount is non-refundable. If the product is not unpacked, unprotected, unmounted - we will refund you the full amount of the money minus the return shipping costs. The money will be refunded to your account within 14 days from the moment of acceptance of the product. Pay attention to the shape and size of the mirror, the type of lighting, and the space in which the mirror will be hung. Choose the shape according to the dominant shapes and lines in the interior. If you have more round, oval shapes, choose a mirror with that shape. If your interior is dominated by angles and strict lines, choose a square or rectangular mirror. If you want to make your interior more unique, choose a mirror with an unconventional shape. Size is probably the most important criterion when choosing a mirror. Measure the size of the cabinet, the sink and the distance from the wall. Remember that mirrors visually enlarge the space, so if you choose a larger mirror, the impression will be greater and the room will look visually bigger. If the mirror is just an accent, choose a smaller LED mirror. The type of lighting determines the brightness of the light. A back (backlight) only will give a more accentuated light, while a front LED light will give a brighter light. Finally, consider the room in which the LED mirror will be hung.

LED mirrors are designed to provide optimum light for the person standing in front of the mirror to apply make-up or perform other beauty treatments. The LED light is diffused, so it cannot be the only light source in the bathroom. We recommend having an additional light source in the ceiling or on the wall to serve as the main light source in the bathroom.

Yes, our LED mirrors have a memory, so you can switch the mirror on/off with an available wall switch. The brightness and warmth adjustment of the mirror light will remain on the mirror.

The exact location is not important. If you already have an electrical cable, the most important thing is that the future LED mirror covers the cable. If you don't have a wire yet, you can plan it around the middle of the future LED mirror.

The process is really simple: the LED mirror is hung on the wall by driving two screws into the wall and connecting the wires. Each mirror is accompanied by a short and clear installation manual.

We recommend installing at least 10-15cm above the sink, but this is only a recommendation. The mirror can be hung both above and below. The height of the mirror should be such that the whole family can comfortably see their image in the mirror.

The mirrors are made using 2835 LED strips, as many as 120 LEDs per metre, which is really bright! Our mirrors are much brighter than standard LED mirrors.

The best way to clean an LED mirror is with a microfibre cloth: just dampen it with warm water. Clean the mirror in a circular motion. For perfect results, take a second, dry microfibre cloth and dry the mirror. For stubborn dirt, you can use soap and warm water or window cleaner. We strongly advise against the use of any other chemicals, which can damage the mirror and eventually make it look less like the one you bought it with.

CRI is the ability of a light source to reproduce accurately the colours of an object compared to natural sunlight. The CRI scale ranges from 0 to 100. 100 means that the colours of the object appear as they would in natural sunlight. A CRI of 80-90 is considered good, i.e. most colours are reproduced correctly, but the colours of the object are not reproduced as accurately as would be desired. Our mirrors have a CRI >90, which indicates an amazing colour rendering. By the way, a high CRI score reduces eye and general fatigue.

This refers to the coating on the back of the mirror, which is resistant to corrosion and blackening. Traditional silver mirrors do not protect the mirror from blackening and corrosion in a room with moisture.
