Goods must be returned in their original packaging. The goods must be unmounted, with protective films, and the original saleable appearance of the goods must be unaltered.

Please remember that you must pack the goods securely to avoid damage during transport.

Quality LED mirrors installed or attempted cannot be returned.

Once we receive the goods, we check them and refund them within 14 days to the same account from which the purchase was made.

You are responsible for the shipping costs when sending the product. Please send to the same address as you see on the shipping label when you receive the goods.

If you want us to take care of the return, please inform us at info@balticmirror.com and we will arrange a courier who will come to you with the parcel sticker within the next 1-2 working days. The cost of the return depends on the size and weight of the item.

If the item is unopened, we will refund you the full amount of the item, except for the cost of the courier if we called the courier. If the goods are opened, we will decide individually on a possible partial refund.

Individual products are non-returnable.

We make every effort to inspect every item before shipment and to ensure that the packaging is as secure as possible. Unfortunately, as the goods being shipped contain glass, it sometimes happens that the goods arrive damaged. This happens in approximately 1% packages.

If you are unlucky enough to receive a damaged, defective or faulty item, we will always try to help you as soon as possible. Please send photos of the product to info@balticmirror.com along with other information (your name, order number), a description of the situation and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Don't throw away the packaging, as it is also needed to resolve the situation.

If the product is damaged in transit, is faulty or you have received the wrong product, we will send you a new product free of charge or replace it with a suitable one.

If you find that you don't like the design or size of an item after you receive it, you can exchange it for another item.

Do not mount the product, remove protective films, i.e. alter the original appearance of the product. We will book a courier for you, who will most likely arrive the next working day to collect the goods. Once we have received the product and checked it, we will send you a new one immediately. You will receive an invoice with the new item to cover the difference if the next item you choose is more expensive, as well as the courier's replacement costs.
