  1. General provisions

1.1. The owner and administrator of the website is MB Avytės prekyba, company code 304947448 (hereinafter - Seller).

1.2. These Purchase and Sale Rules (hereinafter – Rules) apply to every purchase made by the purchaser in the balticmirror.com online store (hereinafter – Buyer) and each sales contract between the Buyer and the Seller.

1.3. The provisions of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply to purchase and sale transactions performed in the balticmirror.com online store.

1.4. The purchaser using balticmirror.com in any way and form is fully responsible and undertakes to comply with all the requirements set out in these Rules.

1.5. The Seller reserves the right to change, correct or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by legal acts.

1.6. Buyer must read the approved Privacy Policy. The Buyer agrees or disagrees with the specific uses of the Buyer's Personal Data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

1.7. If the Seller has the right to submit documents or information to the Buyer by e-mail, the Buyer is responsible for providing a valid e-mail address belonging to the Buyer.

2. Conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement

2.1. The buyer can order goods in the online store balticmirror.com with or without registration, or by contacting info@balticmirror.com

2.2. All able-bodied natural persons or minors between the ages of fourteen and eighteen, with the consent of their parents or guardians, are entitled to purchase online at balticmirror.com, except in the case of emancipated persons, as well as legal entities and authorized representatives of the above persons.

2.3. The purchase and sale agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer selects the desired product, forms a shopping cart, completes the process specified in the balticmirror.com online store, the final step of which is payment for the goods, and is valid until full fulfillment of obligations under this agreement.

3. Buyer's rights and obligations

3.1. Buyer's rights:

3.1.1. The buyer has the right to buy in the online store balticmirror.com in accordance with the Rules and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.1.2. By purchasing the goods, the buyer confirms that he is familiar with the rules and guarantees of return of the goods.

3.1.3. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract and replace or return the purchased product in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules only if the product has not been damaged or its appearance has not changed, nor used (the product is not assembled), collected and remained in the original packaging.

3.1.4. The buyer has the right to create a personal account in the online store balticmirror.com and manage their contact details, delivery addresses, track orders, receive or unsubscribe to newsletters, change the password.

3.1.5. The Buyer, having purchased a defective product from balticmirror.com, has the right to demand free repair of the item's defects or to replace the defective product with a suitable quality product, or to demand a corresponding reduction from the Seller, or to unilaterally terminate the contract and demand a refund.

3.2. Buyer's responsibilities:

3.2.1. The Buyer must immediately inform about the changed data of the Buyer (delivery address, e-mail address and other data necessary for the execution of the sales contract).

3.2.2. The Buyer must pay for the purchased goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure established by the Rules.

3.2.3. The Buyer must not accept the goods if the packaging was damaged during transportation and immediately inform the Seller by phone +370 676 46447 or by e-mail info@balticmirror.com.

3.2.4. Buyer must comply with these Terms and Conditions when using the balticmirror.com website.

4. Rights and obligations of the seller

4.1. Seller's rights:

4.1.1. If the Buyer tries to impair the operation of the online store, the Seller has the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer's access to the online store, as well as cancel the Buyer's registration without prior notice.

4.1.2. In the event of significant circumstances, the Buyer may temporarily or permanently terminate the operation of the online store without notifying the Buyer in advance and without liability to the Buyer for any related losses.

4.1.3. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change these Rules. Changes take effect from the moment of change.

4.1.4. If the Seller is unable to fulfill the order on time or properly due to important reasons, the Seller has the right to change the terms and time of delivery, or to cancel the order, immediately informing the Buyer and refunding the payment, if any.

4.2. Responsibilities of the seller:

4.2.1. The Seller must enable the Buyer to use the services provided by the online store balticmirror.com.

4.2.2. The Seller must respect the Buyer's right to privacy and process personal data in accordance with these Rules and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4.2.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Buyer's goods to the address and under the conditions specified in the Rules.

4.2.4. If the Seller is unable to deliver the goods purchased by the Buyer due to important circumstances, the Seller undertakes to offer a similar or as similar a product as possible. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 3 (three) business days.

5. Delivery of goods

5.1. The goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer by the courier company.

5.2. Goods in stock are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. The seller does not guarantee that due to unforeseen circumstances, the goods will be delivered on time. In case of any uncertainties, the Buyer has the right to contact the Seller by e-mail info@balticmirror.com.

5.3 Delivery of goods in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Latvia and the Republic of Estonia is free of charge.

5.4. Delivery of goods to the Curonian Spit may take longer.

5.5. The goods are delivered to a place where it is possible to get there. Goods are not delivered.

5.6. The seller delivers the goods within the terms specified in the descriptions of the goods. These terms are preliminary. If the goods are not in stock, the Buyer is informed about the progress of the order. The Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to circumstances beyond the control of the Seller.

5.7. When the goods are not in stock, the delivery time (8 weeks) is preliminary. The delivery period starts from the moment of payment for the goods. If the delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond the control of the Seller, the Buyer shall be contacted immediately and a new delivery term and other conditions shall be agreed. If the goods are not delivered after the extension of the additional delivery period, the Buyer may unilaterally terminate the sales contract and refuse the goods.

5.8. During the delivery of the goods, the Buyer must check the condition, quantity, quality and range of the goods.

5.9. If the packaging is damaged, the Buyer must indicate this in the document submitted by the representative of the transport company. In this case, the consignment may not be accepted and the goods returned, after drawing up a free-form report together with the representative of the transport company, indicating the existing violations.

5.10 Upon delivery of the goods to the Buyer's address, the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered to the Buyer. If the goods are not delivered on the planned delivery day, the Buyer must contact the Seller immediately, but not later than the next day from the scheduled delivery date. Otherwise, the Buyer loses the right to make any claims against the Seller in connection with the delivery of the goods.

6. Returns and warranties

6.1. The buyer has the right to return the product purchased in the online store balticmirror.com within 14 days from the date of delivery.

6.2. Items ordered by individual order are non-refundable.

6.3. In order to return the product, it is mandatory to inform the Seller by e-mail. email info@balticmirror.com.

6.4. Defects in the goods or defects in the assembly must be reported within 2 days. upon receipt of the goods. Upon notification of a defect or complaint to the Seller, the product must remain unassembled.

6.5. Upon receipt of a notice of defects or defects in the goods, the Buyer undertakes to immediately provide quality visual material by e-mail info@balticmirror.com, and the Seller contacts the Buyer and agrees on arrival or dispatch of the goods to determine and eliminate the cause of the defect.

6.6. The cost of returning the product is paid by the Buyer.

6.7. When returning the goods, the goods must be:

6.7.2. Not assembled, not assembled, not tested,

6.7.3. Not damaged, scratched or otherwise damaged by the Buyer,

6.7.4. In original equipment,

6.8. Warranty period - 24 months.

6.9. The warranty is void if:

6.9.1. The product was damaged due to an accident or negligence (such as a broken mirror) due to the fault of the Buyer.

6.9.2. The product has been assembled and installed incorrectly, parts from another manufacturer have been used, and as a result the product has been damaged or is not performing its functions.

6.9.3. Intentional damage to the product due to improper use or maintenance.

6.9.4. These are signs of natural wear and tear on the product.

6.10. The buyer must inspect the product carefully before installation. After installation work, claims for products with obvious defects, as well as if the wrong shade or shape is noticed, will not be accepted.

6.11. During the warranty period, the Seller undertakes to rectify the defects of the product free of charge, which may have occurred due to the manufacturer's fault.

7. Processing of personal data

7.1. By clicking the “Order” button, the Buyer confirms that there is no objection to the Seller processing the personal data provided by the Buyer for the purposes of the Buyer's identification, conclusion of contracts, execution, as well as direct marketing.

7.2. By subscribing to the newsletter, the Buyer confirms that he agrees to receive information and promotional material at the e-mail address or telephone number provided by the Buyer from the Seller or a third party of his choice.

7.3. The buyer has the right to refuse to provide personal data, but understands that personal data is indispensable for the proper performance of the contract of sale. Failure to provide data or providing inaccurate data may result in the non-conclusion of the sales contract.

8. Final provisions

8.1. These rules have been drawn up in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Lithuania.

8.2. All disagreements or disputes are settled through negotiations. If the disagreement cannot be resolved, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
